The Details
This intimate wedding took place at the bride’s family home in Sandpoint, Idaho, with sweeping pastures and the Schweitzer Mountains as the backdrop. A light morning rain gave way to a cool, lush, and peaceful day—perfect for a relaxed, romantic celebration.
The ceremony was picture perfect. The bride walked down the aisle with her father to the sound of live strings, surrounded by a stunning floral ground installation that framed the couple. By the time they exchanged vows, the sunlight formed a perfect halo around them, making the moment feel truly magical.
Cocktail hour followed in the garden, a serene and inviting space where guests could enjoy the surroundings and each other’s company.
The tented reception was warm and elegant. Each place setting was thoughtfully layered, and a family-style meal encouraged connection and conversation. As the evening unfolded, the sunset over the mountains provided the perfect backdrop for the couple and their guests.
This couple was such a pleasure to work with. They were intentional with every detail, and their vision of a timeless yet unique wedding came to life. By embracing the natural beauty of the land and using a palette of neutrals, soft greens, and muted pinks, the day felt effortless, personal, and truly memorable.
